Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or leaking.
- The product was defective upon delivery.
- The item received does not match your order.
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products.
- Customized or private-label orders.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return Request Process
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refund Policy
Once your return has been approved and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
